Refund & Return Policy

• When you receive your product, please check it carefully in front of the delivery person to make sure it is in good condition and not damaged.
• If the product is damaged, broken, or defective, take clear photos immediately and send them with details to our Facebook page: “Formation - It's Who You Are”.
• Return the damaged product to the delivery person right away if possible.
• If, for any reason, you cannot return the product to the delivery person, you must take clear photos, explain the issue properly, and send a message with your order details to our Facebook page: “Formation - It's Who You Are” to request a refund or replacement.
• Products that can be refunded or replaced include those damaged during delivery, having manufacturing defects, or if the wrong product was delivered.
• This policy applies to products such as T-shirts, poster boards, bottles, decals, photo frames, and similar items.
• Products cannot be refunded or returned if they are used, washed, altered, damaged due to misuse, or reported too late after delivery.
• Minor differences in color, print placement, or size due to production or screen display are not eligible for refund.
• All refund or return requests will be reviewed by our team, and after review, we will confirm whether the product is eligible for a refund or replacement.
